Pregnancy and postpartum care in Sweden
Faces challenges in accessibility, information dissemination, and emotional support. The traditional healthcare model lacks a single point of contact throughout the journey and is thereby unable to provide the personalized care and support those going through pregnancy need. There’s a need for personalized assistance throughout, which we aim to provide through an AI-facilitated digital solution able to integrate with the Swedish healthcare system.
A Comprehensive Platform
Our solution is a comprehensive digital platform tailored to the Swedish context. It is a detailed profile of your pregnancy and postpartum journey that is able to connect with 1177.se to give access to your medical history within the platform and in turn share insights from this profile with medical professionals.
Tracking Progress
At the heart of the platform is an AI chatbot – Pippi – acting as a virtual Doula that can answer questions from the resource base, track and flag progress during pregnancy, provide emotional support, and give recommendations on activities based on individual needs and preferences.
Closing The Knowledge Gap
It aims to provide evidence-based resources on pregnancy and postpartum care in an accessible way to alleviate uncertainty and close the knowledge gap and soothe fears.
